Where everyone starts.
Senior Builder
By invitation after one year, 6 documented builds, and a term leading your pod. You get a vote on who joins.
Faculty
By invitation. You run a pod, teach at gatherings, and your dues are waived.
Nobody ages out. People move up.
Who this is not for
People who want a teacher. There is no teacher here.
People who cannot share a failure with peers.
Consultants or agencies looking for leads. The Registry is member-built. The group is not a sales list.
Anyone without revenue yet. Come back when you have a team to improve.
Questions
How much time does this take?
2 hours in your pod each month and 90 minutes in the Teardown. Less than 4 hours a month.
Do I need a tech team?
No. You need the power to change how work gets done.
What if I fall behind?
Everyone is behind. That is the point of the pod.
What if two members compete?
Pods are built to avoid that. We check before any offer goes out. Members come from different industries on purpose.
Is this a 12-month commitment?
You pay once a year and renew each year. Members stay because the pod becomes their peer group, not because of a contract.
Will anyone sell to me here?
No. Nobody in the group will pitch you. If you want us to build something, you have to ask twice.
What if it is not for me?
Tell us within the first 60 days and we refund the full year. After that you are a member for the year.
Who runs it?
Members run the pods. Deploy Room runs the Teardown and the Library, and brings in engineers who do this work every week.
In 3 years the tools will look totally different.
The 5 people who truly understand your business will still be the same 5 people.
